We opted not to put up our big tree this year, since all we'd be doing is keeping Clare from pulling it over. We let Reed decorate a little tree with all his decorations. He loves it.

Today is an ice day for us. Schools were closed here including Reed's preschool. It's been snowing lightly off and on as well. Not much, but it's prettier than the black ice. Greg had to use Reed's sandbox sand to coat the driveway enough to get out this morning. Here's a photo of Reed's sandbox with about as much snow as we have gotten thus far. I'm still trying to convince Reed there is not enough to make a snowball.

Clare is walking all over the place. Yeah!! She's so sweet. Here she is in her winter coat- a great thrift store find!! And here's Reed at the Frisco Heritage Museum. He was quite disappointed there were not trains to play with, but we thought this mural was pretty cool anyways.
And I took advantage of Greg being home awhile this morning to finish up Reed's teacher's presents. I got them hot chocolate, which didn't feel like much, but hopefully the packaging will count for something! I stamped the gift sacks and decorated the cocoa and bags with Stampin Up! Christmas decorations.
