Reed has been having the best summer of his life! His first popsicle, first brain freeze, first sandbox, first slushy, first zoo, and now... first circus. Aunt Andra invited us to enjoy The Greatest Show on Earth from her company's luxury box. Greg and Reed went while Clare and I stayed home. (She's still sick.) Reed was wide-eyed through the whole circus. Grandma said he barely blinked! His favorite things were the elephants and the clowns. He was a "tiny bit scared of the tigers", but found safety in Daddy's lap. Popcorn quickly distracted his fears and the little man had so much fun, he fell asleep in the car on the way home. As consolation, Clare and I did get some cotton candy and a hat which we split appropriately. :)
