We had Reed's 3rd birthday party yesterday. (Real birthday is still a week away, but this was the best weekend to have his party.) It was a Thomas the Train party with a train cake and conductors hats and all. The kids made a little train craft too and had lots of fun. Reed got lots of fun presents including new trains and a Stop and Go Depot for his train track. We've been playing trains ever since. (Although he's begging to open up the Playdough Zoo set he got. I'll post pictures once we get to that!) He even got a Thomas Blanket that is so warm and furry. He loves it!

When you were a little kid, did you have the Fisher Price lap desk with all the magnetic letters andn little cards that helped you spell small words? Well, I did and I loved it! My mom found one for Reed and we've been having fun spelling words. He probably has about 20 words he can spell now.

Oh, and Clare slept through the party. :)

After the party Grandpa and Grandma Ury headed home too. We had a fun visit this past week. Thanks for coming!
