Clare is taking it easy on us so far. A typical day starts with a feeding around 3am. It takes a total of 20-30 minutes or so to get her up, change her diaper, feed her, burp her, swaddle her and put her back to bed. (Yes- we have it easy!) Then we do it again around 6am.

Daddy gets up with Reed at 6:30am and Mommy gets up with Clare about 8. All day long we feed her about every 3 hours. The most tiring part of the day is keeping Reed entertained. Daddy is mainly handling that while Mommy is still recovering from Clare's delivery. But eventually Daddy will be going back to work and Mommy will be in charge.

We enjoy nap time. :) And then bedtime is at 8:30 for Reed and the rest of us go to bed around 10. And then we do it all over again.

We are all recovered from our colds and allergies now. So I'm cautiously optimistic that I'll be able to handle 2 children alone. But ask me again when Clare wakes up for more than a couple hours a day!
