"You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise You for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand." Psalm 139: 13-18
Here are the kids at the exact same age-- a few days shy of eight months old. My mother keeps telling me to stop comparing the two, but it's too easy!! They are so different.
At 8 months Reed was 22 pounds, crawling, saying "DaDa", starting to pull up on things and eating finger foods.

At 8 months Clare is 17 pounds, learning to sit up, learning to roll to get what she wants and starting to like babyfood more.
Clare is just about on the same schedule as the rest of us now. The last two nights she's gone to bed at 8:30 and slept until 6:30-- we're hoping this is a new trend!
